Membership Information

Your membership will be automatically renewed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the Plan you selected. For your convenience, we will bill the monthly or annual subscription to the payment method you provide to us during registration (PayPal or Credit Card), unless and until you cancel your membership. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month or year in order to avoid billing of the next month's or year’s subscription fees. You are not eligible to receive refunds once your payment method has been billed.

You may cancel your membership on account page at anytime. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing period for which we have received payment and it will simply not renew.

How to cancel your membership through our website?

• Go to account page.
• Find cancel link for active membership.
• Click on the "cancel" link.
• Fill in the appropriae reason and click "UNSUBSCRIBE" button.

To cancel your membership on PayPal, you must proceed through your PayPal account as follows:

• Log In to your PayPal account.
• Find your subscription payment record.
• Click on the "Details" link.
• Click "Cancel Subscription" and re-confirm when prompted. We do NOT have access to your PayPal account.

If you paid by Credit Card through Stripe, please send us an email with your intention to cancel at contact@upantique.com

General Terms

The rules above constitute the entire agreement between each user of the Site and Upantique.com regarding their relationship with Upantique.com, and they replace, combine, and invalidate any previous agreements, terms of use, statements, or representations concerning the use of the Site. Upantique.com reserves the right to modify these rules and disclaimers at its sole and absolute discretion.

This site is established and operated by Upantique.com in the Osaka, Japan. The laws of the Japan will govern all terms, conditions, and disclaimers on this site, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
