Do you accept Paypal and Stripe credit cards?

Yes, we accept payments through both Paypal and Stripe. You can use your Paypal account to make a purchase, or if you prefer to pay with a credit card, you can securely enter your card details through our Stripe payment gateway.

How to cancel my membership?

Your membership will be automatically renewed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the Plan you selected. For your convenience, we will bill the monthly or annual subscription to the payment method you provide to us during registration (PayPal or Credit Card), unless and until you cancel your membership. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month or year in order to avoid billing of the next month's or year’s subscription fees. You are not eligible to receive refunds once your payment method has been billed.

How to cancel your membership through our website?

• Go to account page.
• Find cancel link for active membership.
• Click on the "cancel" link.
• Fill in the appropriae reason and click "UNSUBSCRIBE" button.

To cancel your membership on PayPal, you must proceed through your PayPal account as follows:

• Log In to your PayPal account.
• Find your subscription payment record.
• Click on the "Details" link.
• Click "Cancel Subscription" and re-confirm when prompted. We do NOT have access to your PayPal account.
